Refund & Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Eclipse. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Refunds are free within the 30-day window, however customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
